Happens to me every time. First plague heart spawns minimum 2 ferals usually 3 sometimes 5. I always see these youtubers with 0 or 1 and Im just baffled at how. I think either they cheat or UL has changed the spawn rates
@@darthvadersleftglove Yes, I tried to switch to nightmare zone after beating the game on dread solo, I choose to replay the tutorial since I like to try out other starter member, my fist playthrough was with the "odd couples" starter. Right after the tutorial the game spawn 3 bloater, 3 screamer, 2 horde and 2 feral. All of them around my base, the 3 bloater walking around in forest, the screamer wandering the off road way, and the 2 ferals gruading the main high way, the horde are no brainer, they wander off the spawn location but the FREAKS STAY CLOSE to the base but they never attack, and it's just on nightmare

My friend was saying something the other day about player counts in games like SOD2, The Division 2 and Destiny 2. I told him that a high player count doesn’t mean anything, it’s the small community that’s built and will be there until the servers are shut down.
Yeah, honestly surprised. Played it solo for like 2 to 3ish years on xbox before moving over to pc. Never played multiplayer (ping is ass for me because of where I live). After getting this randomly recommended surprised to the amount of views it got. Would've 100% expected it to be in the low thousands.
this is what happens when devs actually listen to their playerbase and don't abandon a game that has a lot of potential

being welsh is a mindset, not just a nationality.
Jay, technically ONLY in solo run challenge u just only need to take care the plague heart and no need for legacy story finished. (as the game cannot read the quest while have one survivor left in community)
The only thing u need to do is CONTINUE the challenge by moving to another map, in order to finish ur solo run challenge u need to clean ALL plague heart in every map.
Now u have done prov. Ridge, its time for u to move on to the next map.🎉

Oof. I see your mistake here.
To have an informant come to your base you have to have someone in your base to tell you an informant is coming (Stupid i know but i learned the hard way when doing this)
I tried doing solo endings for every role but i always needed someone to be around for the final missions to appear. But the Sheriff needs no people around for the missions to pop up so the next time you do this challenge try using a sheriff.

Theoretically, 3 plague samples might work like a vaccination. Of course i don't know if the infirmary works if you are already fully infected but before infection it might work.

I got lucky with my solo run. The first ally enclave had helping hands and I got 4 labor right at the start. I did cheese a little by using 1 extra person and cleared out the trash and fixed the beds at the starter home.

The reason you didnt get the final mission is a team member has to tell you over the radio that the informant has come to talk to you. You just needed to keep one of the Talob agrnts around instead of sending them to legacy lol
I almost got it with a random survivor exciling the other 2 at the start(not taking their initial loot) I personally recommend to help your neighbors if they are near, after that loot for basic resources, the curveballs wasn't the bid deal on my community so I died at 24/28 plague hearts, depending on your type of neighbors the challenge is even faster, changing outposts between expresso and gas stations to keep moving towards the plague hearts, with the time and lucky you can get certain missions to improve the strat, and obviosluy the aniversary heavy hammer, turn your gas outpost to lvl 2 so you can safe your bags without losing gas driving so far away. My case was providence ridge, I died in the construction area by ferals on the 2nd floor house, always bring fire and stamina items, I forgot them on my van, and died by desperate moves. Good luck friends, this is very interesting and challenger, remember 1 dead, it's over.
SOD2 Is one of my all time fav games. I love to jsut pickup and play whenever I have a free few mins.

The first part of developing a cure for a disease/sickness is understanding it thats why you need plague samples to study it and develope a cure

I like doing solo communities with my favourite survivors, as like a rite of passage to prove their awesomeness hehe. Sometimes I antagonise every enclave to make the challenge more intense

To answer ur question. Yes. Just need a heavy with crossbow and some plague cues with energy drinks and medkits in case of tanking hits. But honestly close combat is a harder challenge. Still hard so. Good job 👍

when i play lethal i bring 7 plague cures, multiple medkits 7 strong painkillers an M4A1 with a 100round drum mag and another 100rounds ( to kill 1 heart) usually grenades also

Sod 2 needs to be on ps5 as well I loved the first sod and played sod 2 when I had a xb1 and the game was free to play, but I switch to ps5 a really would love to play again

Beating lethal with one person is pretty much impossible, you did kill plague hearts with one person, but when you had two other survivors to build that kinda ruined it. Considering I've got all the lethal boons and beat it quite alot I feel ur pain.

I have a challenge if you are willing to attempt it and havnt already done it.
So in the hardest mode you must trigger all plague hearts before any can be destroyed. Only rule is you cant use any unofficial mods. (Not saying you would try to cheat or anything 😂😅)
In theory it sounds hard but the negative effects of plagues being awake max out at 5 hearts, and I’ve probably already got that awake on the current lethal zone series
