The handle seems really great but I'm currently using a side handle on the left NATO rail and I feel like I would miss that a lot .. unless I'd go for an heavier rig using front handles and rods like you do. Did happen to try this out using an EVF like the Portkeys LEYE III EVF .. Wondering how it would work having a monitor on the top handle + an EVF on the side.. ?

I've got the Smallrig cage and tried to mount this monitor to the nato rail on the side. The problem is that it blocks the HDMI cable. There's no space to even plug it in! Did you remove the cable doors? Or is the Tilta Rig allow more space?
Super good video here man, thanks. Question on the monitor mount, by keeping it ~98% tightened so you can reposition monitor, do you find on longer shoots you are babysitting this more than expected? Or does it stay “nearly locked” ideally? Amazon has this arm on sale right now, but wondering how the adjustments work out on a longer shooting day. Thanks m8!
Hey Ray, does this have enough articulation to be useable when attached to a NATO rail attached to the top handle of a Sony FX3/30? For example, I have the new FX3/30 cage kit from SmallRig and the included NATO rail that is part of the top hand extension runs along the top handle in the direction of the lens. I'm trying to visualize this working on that rail. I might just have to order it in order to test it, unless you have already. Thanks!
It sounds like if the Nato rail is running along the side of the Handle it will work! But if the Nato rail is running on the top of the handle, like my SmallRIg Handle Extension, it won't give you a comfortable mounting angle. If I'm visualizing this right...

Does it's hold a 7 inch monitor?
Yes, I use it with a SmallHD 7inch Indie 7 monitor with a metal SmallRig Cage on it and a Lens Hood. No issues.
