The fact that it worked so well on just the normal pinephone is honestly insane this would work great and be super useful on the pinephone pro

I have touchscreen lapdock and using Pinephone is so nice.
Although problem is If I were to use touchscreen lapdock on my laptop, touch is uncalibrated, disabling laptop built in screen allows to use lapdocks screen as it should be (Windows doesn't have this issue) but on Pinephone even if you did disable built in display, touch will still be messy.
Really want Pinephone Pro, nc need a bit more powerful and performant device if I wanted to 100% daily drive it.

I think the best test was when you tested how many apps you can open at the same . The loading time ,i heard, is related to the storage being emmc, which is not the fastest. But once it's on ram it runs good.
Yes, you are right, the slow opening of some applications is more related to the eMMC and the optimization (not yet finished) of the software rather than the ram.
Hi, how do you make it install to the phone? I burned Manjaro-ARM-phosh-pinephone-beta20.img.xz to an SD card & it asked for my language & keyboard layout & then ran from the SD card automatically. I do not see any option to install to the phone. I also do not see how to close windows :(
To install Manjaro Phosh directly on the internal memory (eMMC) of the PinePhone, I recommend that you follow this tutorial: wiki.pine64.org/index.php/PinePhone_Installation_Instructions#Installation_to_the_eMMC

Considering the hardware spec, I'm really surprised to see how well GIMP can run on PinePhone.
