I enjoyed your video and teaching; reminded me of Music Theory and Orchestration courses in College - spreading out the voicing of chords to 6ths, 7ths, 9ths (instead of 3rds and 5ths); I especially like the major 9 without the 3rd; What is the Software that you using to Instantly display both on the 88key keyboard AND the Staffs, ALONG with the Chord Notation in Letters? That is so beneficial. Thank you for your time and kind consideration to Reply . . .
Amazing lesson brother.
Thanks for this piece
So instead of typical 4,1,5,6 you can add or subtract “2” to the chord # for new 2,6,3,4…or 6,3,7,1. Try it.
I would always be using slash chords, but I had no idea those were a type of drop 2 chord (or even what drop 2 chords were) until the past few years!
Nice lesson. How do you know the right extension to play
Nice. I kinda use this but never it was drop 2

Great videos. What software do you use to show the chords you play when making the videos?
Drop 2 is taking the 2nd highest note in a chord and dropping it an octave
Yes! You are right!
Yeah that's awesome! Does that sit well with the bass guitar?
