How do I get any information regarding the floor plan of this design? I would like more information. If possible could you send me something, where I can gather what is needed of me to do.
I said it before and I will say it again. This channel has some of the BEST and most practical designs for smaller homes that I have ever seen. And yes the prices mentioned are very possible.

@@wolfman571000 It can be done is the US for around the same price. This is a small home. My answer was regarding DIY or contracting. A mix of the two with 75% being DIY could bring a person in around this price. The primary thing that you have to have is existing ownership of the lot itself.
This is spectacular design. Love the details, spacious living area and bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen, laundry. I most like the way you brought in light into the entire house, very simple but yet classy. Nice 👍
Love that there is a dedicated foyer area and you don't enter into the midst of the living room. Kudos also on the powder room placement which is not directly off a living or dining space. Nice and adequate laundry room. Would try to find a way to put a shower/tub combo in the bathroom as I am lost without a bathtub. I might have enclosed the area between the living room and the laundry room so I could push the laundry room back and have a separate pantry also. Overall, a very well thought configuration making for a very practical and livable home covering all basic needs. In addition, the video itself was well produced, well paced, and nicely presented. Very pleased to have come across your channel.
I love how the rooms flow almost seamlessly. The rock walls add a little bit more nature in as well. The overall design seems to allow adaptive changes according to the needs of the client. I see myself and my mom in a place like this with some adaptations for mobility issues due to age and or disability
WOW, I love it this is first house I have seen that actually one could live in. Real storage and closets everywhere. Several blank walls like in the living room that could become bookcases, Amories, other storage ideas or just room for art work and collectibles. Super design. The only addition I would make would be a separate garage and driveway to be added.
After seeing the first video of the house, then the next with the pool and car port, I saw things that wouldn't work such as an outdoor laundry, as when it rains, you are going to get your dried clothes wet again with that set up! A covered breezeway might work to solve that? Also, solar on the roof, if only on the car port part, really would make the price off-set costs of a pool, to allow for off grid and solar (no electric dependency). Seeing the beautiful stone walls with TV's a fireplace insert in each offering the ambiance of such and with optional heater, to have the best of both worlds. I could live in this! Clean, stylish and charming!
This is beautiful! I love the simplicity, the light, the space. Very well laid out. I live in a 130 year old farmhouse in Eastern Ontario, Canada which I have renovated. Very traditional.. I'm happy here, but my next house (that would be in my next life!) will be something like this.
Beautiful design. I like how it brings the outdoors into the living room/kitchen area to add a feeling of spaciousness. Probably at least 100K US for materials, plus permits, lot, and labor. Could be reproduced in the Phillipines or SE Asia for a lot less.

This is so beautiful for a small family or just a couple maybe whose kids have left home. Tge bathroom is a bit small and tge powder room would have been better if it had a toilet as well. otherwise it has everything anyone would need to live comfortable in modern surroundings. Nice very nice.
I really like the way its modern but has lots of very natural looking finishes, plenty of light. Lots of space saving features like the wall toilets and built storage. It could in my view be very easily decorated to look more modern or have more rustic meets moden look to it.
Love the layout and space efficiency and pretty well everything about this home except it didn't have a tub. I guess the shower could always be replaced with a walk-in tub/shower. The curb appeal on this house is great!
I was watching the video, I told myself this is great a house anybody can afford,I thought it was here in USA when I read a comment this is from Switzerland I said anyway you can't get a beautiful modern house cheaper in USA it could be a miracle
I owned a second house in Florida, slightly smaller than this one, for 14 years! It's great for 1 or 2 persons, but not anymore than that, because of a lack of storage space & the one communal area gets to feel claustrophobic after awhile! Also, with this much use of glass, it better be in warmer climates or use double pane glass or your heat bills will be very high! Beautifully designed, though!

Love the design...the design is clean and functional. The rooms look spacious and placement is awesome. I have two questions though...(1) where is the utility room? I saw where the washer was but is that where the power box is located too? (2) during the presentation, I did not see any vent for the heating/cooling. Did I miss it?
