Since I first saw this mod it was version one which was one of the best Mario creepypasta mods and the time that passed there were many teasers and new things that evolved a lot and changed and now this mod is going to become one of the most favorite mods in FNF history
Im very proud of everyone who worked on marios madness, thank you to all of you who made me feel confident, now i can finally live my life the way i want.
I’m surprised it didn’t get cancelled even after all this time, I’m really proud of the team for not giving up. This was definitely worth the wait, congrats to the team. The All-Stars song was an amazing finale, I’m in love with it.
Probably everyone noticed it but after the final song of the story mode when we go to the overworld, bf's eyes are cloudy since his soul is locked forever in the game, that gave me a little chill and undertale style sadness with its ending post-genocidal pacifist
I love the detail in Part 4 of All-Stars where Mario(?)'s Icon has other characters from across the Mario Madness Mod join him. Such a fantastic way to wrap up the entire mod. You can even spot the one character that you unlock after beating All-Stars.
(Contains spoilers for the Mod's Ending) After all the wait I bet nobody expected the Bitter Sweet ending we got for the mod (I myself included). During the credits obviously it's shown that after the event's of All-Stars BF and GF have been trapped with Mario.exe and his entourage. But it shows them actually getting along, whether it be random nonsense, just talking, or pulling pranks. Even the Lyrics kinda point this out as Mario.exe sings about after finally winning he feels nothing, just being an insane exe in a world of insane creatures. Though it could just be an act of him after we see the "*The End*" Screen, showing BF and GF a bloody corpse in strings. I think Pico could be the only one who got away, but yet his fate could be close as Mario.exe would easily find him and take him. After all of this I think Mario will obviously continue to keep and torment GF and BF, but it seems they just hang around after they kill them, so it's possible that Mario.exe would somehow either let them go (very unlikely) or just live in peace. Overrall this mod was definently the wait, My favorites being: Day Out, Dictator, Overdue, Starman Slaughter, Demise, Powerdown, and a whole bunch of others that I remember sounding and looking great in the mod! Maybe there can be a hotfix update to end pico's story with an either dark or happy note. Despite what happens I'm glad this mod got released and wasn't cancelled! Edit: also Mario.exe is a cheater, he clearly states BF loses if he loses a rap battle, but he won them all. GF didn't even die officially till All-Stars. So yeah, someone oneshot the entire game without dying I guess (joke). But yeah Mario screwed everything up, a new soul is now forever in his domain since he thought killing bf would fill a void in himself.

I guess this is a somewhat happy ending and I am pretty sure if dd hear this i mean he made that world to trap M so who said he couldn’t just get then out and if dd sent him wouldn’t that make him strong aw m and the others to get gf and reluctantly bf out or they stay after tormenting the two m feels nothing and sooner or later becoming friends from the credits would be a strange twist but a welcoming one as we did see the gf props seeing that they all became friends
Before I watch this amazing video I just wanted to say this has been A WILD RIDE, and unlike most devs that closed down the roller coaster during development despite being in great shape this one didn’t. I’m speechless. This mod is honestly the best I’ve every played and heard. Best FNF songs ever. Best art, fun charts, and a really cool way of finding the songs. I have been with this mod since the first teaser, and seeing how far its come is really just amazing. Thank you MM devs for this beauty of a mod. This honestly feels like a magnum opus to FNF modding in general.

Nearly 2 years or already 2 years and it's finally WORTHHHHH ITTT!!! Completely shocked that it's finally finished after a very long of development for V2 update. Big approval for the best mod of the year and a huge appreciation for the team who have done the amount of effort, including for having many bangers. Thank you Antonio and your MM team for making this mod from a impressive work to a such astonishing and stupendous work. I know this will be the last update and I'll probably gonna miss this mod soon. I'm glad it finally came out for now. So anyways, a solid 10/10 would be perfect for this. So long Antonio and MM Team, you can finally take a very long break now.
I did feel like seeing pause screens for some major lore and game over screens was a missed opportunity but still not complaining, just happy it’s here.

You know, I don't see people talking about this, but in the credits of the mod, it shows that the whole thing, was fake, as in, it was a play, which is shown by bf and gf not being dead for one, and one of the images shows gf's and lucas's bodys were just props (which gf is not much of a fan of btw) So for those wonder about a "Possible v3", its probably not happening, and bf and gf are fine. (Also lucas is also not dead as in the credits we se MX introduces lucas to boyfriend)

what i commented on the video of the leaked build applies here for sure. new versions of the old songs r huge improvements & great in their own right, new songs r fantastic, my anticipation was fulfilled, all that. again, the devs did a wonderful job and i gotta give them praise for it! props all around!
There's something really spine-chilling from M's Speech before the final battle. If we recall Sonic.EXE, EXE claims himself as a god. I mean he can change the game, do whatever he wants, has unlimited power. but M makes himself stand out as a True God claims every world you enter is his, even the denizens you face like Racist Mario, MX, L is Real. They all belong to him. Something EXE never acknowledged. Even the fact he kept his promise on the deal for a 3 round match, he was gonna let them go. But when it was broken he still kept that last round on, only things weren't gonna go the way we thought every VS EXE would intend to be. He proves he is god, and he proves there is no way you can escape. You're his Plaything as he says.
So BF and GF but they're completely out of character to the point they're not even remotely the same people? Sounds lame lol. They're much more generic like this.

I've got a head cannon theory about this mod: have you noticed that there's nothing mentioning any Mario villains through the whole mod? I know all of the stuff it references are from romhacks, analog horror, fan games and corruptions. Not all of them are horror themed though. Even though no villains are mentioned in any of this stuff, my theory is that the media that is horror themed is where Mario and his friends had all gone mad in the aftermath, and slaughtered all the villains they knew. Can't believe two years of free time had been spent into this mod from dozens of people. Y'all deserve the praise you get from it, cause it's fan-fucking-tastic!
Nah but the fact I already see people hate the ending is crazy Its a pretty damn good ending, these guys aren’t immortal, and especially in the condition they were left in, who would expect them to STILL make it out alive, they were trapped permanently in the cursed game I don’t see the hate, it’s a perfect but sad ending And it all began with the mistake of inserting the cartridge Having an ending of the characters surviving and leaving would be about as “bland” (others words not mine) as them dying after all of that work, there’s really no other way I see the mod ending besides them escaping or not escaping
People hate it because it doesn't make sense (they never addressed the two having lives) and angst with BF and GF is forced. Super serious and grim moments become way less cool if you continue to have Boyfriend beep like an idiot. Do something, if you're going to have the two break character give us something that isn't the most generic cookie cutter reaction. At that point the two should just escape.

Se puede notar todo el esfuerzo que le dieron al mod para traer un trabajado de calidad inigualable, y eso es de apreciar.

That 'The End' screen makes me think there'll be an update where Pico fights Mario.EXE. Just what I think'll happen. Cuz, well... He's the only one not apart of Mario's collective game. 'Course, I could be a-wrong, and this final song could be it. Though I really do believe an entire New Game+ (or New Game-, considering how powerful Mario.EXE is) would be epic to see. Maybe Pico faces off against some more threatening Mario Creepypastas, cuz we've seen what Mr. L can do.
You know, it was a very nice plot twist to make that there is no good ending to this. Boyfriend and Girlfriend’s fate was set the moment they laid their eyes on the cartridge. Now they are going to be stuck in the game with Mario. For the rest of eternity. *Game Over.* Congratulations to the team for making this massive mod and going along with it. You’ve left an impact on this community and have a good rest. You all deserve it.
@@PizzaMonster-i9w it all comes full circle in a way. All this time, we’ve seen Boyfriend reset and retry to not die, but like Mario said, they’re not in their world anymore. It’s MARIO’S WORLD. It also shows that it’s original to break the character’s plot armor.

Nah, sadly that's not the case. Marco himself confirmed that V2 is the last update to the mod. And it's understandable, due to the sh*tfest the devs had to go through for like 2 years just to give us this, it's obvious they would want to rest and move on.
I’m so glad to be few of the patient people who’s been waiting eagerly for this update to come out, and I’m really happy that I did (even though it was hard to avoid leak from those dumbass leakers going around) this is extraordinary; from the the animations, sprints, artwork and the music, this team should proud for what they have accomplished here as this is, to my knowledge, one of the horror/exe mods that was fully completed. I also like how every Mario is lined up as if it reflects their power levels, and I like how much one has a unique mechanic, even if some of them are repeats from one another, you guys made feel different somehow. Nevertheless, I’m so happy that this saw the light of day and I’m really glad for the team and what they have achieved here, and I think that they should have a well deserved break from this, well done the lot of ya.

Not a huge of fnf but my god there's just so much care and effort into each song and art. Probably one of the most visually impressive and coolest fnf mods I've seen.
But pico is still alive, though he is going to have a hell of a time trying to save bf and gf, unfortunately he is likely going to end up with the same fate as them
I love the mechanic for No Party, where you have to trace out the words. I also love how Mario Party DS got some recognition over a fanmade anti piracy screen

honestly you gotta love that opening cinematic, just so goofy yet still takes itself seriously enough to feel like it fits together with both the lore of base FNF and other creepypasta FNF mods
You know, I don't see people talking about this, but in the credits of the mod, it shows that the whole thing, was fake, as in, it was a play, which is shown by bf and gf not being dead for one, and one of the images shows gf's and lucas's bodys were just props (which gf is not much of a fan of btw)
So for those wonder about a "Possible v3", its probably not happening, and bf and gf are fine.
(Also lucas is also not dead as in the credits we se MX introduces lucas to boyfriend)

There's a reason rarely any mod does it lol, downer endings suck and BFs character isn't interesting enough to warrant anything deep.

There's something really spine-chilling from M's Speech before the final battle. If we recall Sonic.EXE, EXE claims himself as a god. I mean he can change the game, do whatever he wants, has unlimited power. but M makes himself stand out as a True God claims every world you enter is his, even the denizens you face like Racist Mario, MX, L is Real. They all belong to him. Something EXE never acknowledged. Even the fact he kept his promise on the deal for a 3 round match, he was gonna let them go. But when it was broken he still kept that last round on, only things weren't gonna go the way we thought every VS EXE would intend to be. He proves he is god, and he proves there is no way you can escape. You're his Plaything as he says.

I've got a head cannon theory about this mod: have you noticed that there's nothing mentioning any Mario villains through the whole mod? I know all of the stuff it references are from romhacks, analog horror, fan games and corruptions. Not all of them are horror themed though.
Even though no villains are mentioned in any of this stuff, my theory is that the media that is horror themed is where Mario and his friends had all gone mad in the aftermath, and slaughtered all the villains they knew.

Its a pretty damn good ending, these guys aren’t immortal, and especially in the condition they were left in, who would expect them to STILL make it out alive, they were trapped permanently in the cursed game

And it all began with the mistake of inserting the cartridge
Having an ending of the characters surviving and leaving would be about as “bland” (others words not mine) as them dying after all of that work, there’s really no other way I see the mod ending besides them escaping or not escaping
Wonder how it’s should be considered canon, or a alternative yimeline
People hate it because it doesn't make sense (they never addressed the two having lives) and angst with BF and GF is forced. Super serious and grim moments become way less cool if you continue to have Boyfriend beep like an idiot. Do something, if you're going to have the two break character give us something that isn't the most generic cookie cutter reaction. At that point the two should just escape.

Literalmente me dejo sin palabras el mod, sobretodo All-Stars, que es sin duda la mejor canción del todo el mod y que le dió un cierre digno al mod entero. Se puede notar todo el esfuerzo que le dieron al mod para traer un trabajado de calidad inigualable, y eso es de apreciar.

That 'The End' screen makes me think there'll be an update where Pico fights Mario.EXE. Just what I think'll happen. Cuz, well... He's the only one not apart of Mario's collective game. 'Course, I could be a-wrong, and this final song could be it. Though I really do believe an entire New Game+ (or New Game-, considering how powerful Mario.EXE is) would be epic to see. Maybe Pico faces off against some more threatening Mario Creepypastas, cuz we've seen what Mr. L can do.
You know, it was a very nice plot twist to make that there is no good ending to this.

All this time, we’ve seen Boyfriend reset and retry to not die, but like Mario said, they’re not in their world anymore. It’s MARIO’S WORLD.
It also shows that it’s original to break the character’s plot armor.

holy shit, the amount of effort put into this is unbelievable, i bet all the workers had a blast workin' on the mod! this'll take its position on being one of the best FNF mods i've, and quite literally what most people has seen, and it'll surely stay in that position for a good decade.
Pico being the only survivor obviously hints there will be more to the mod in the next update being v3 and could possibly find help for bf and gf

Nah, sadly that's not the case. Marco himself confirmed that V2 is the last update to the mod. And it's understandable, due to the sh*tfest the devs had to go through for like 2 years just to give us this, it's obvious they would want to rest and move on.

I’m so glad to be few of the patient people who’s been waiting eagerly for this update to come out, and I’m really happy that I did (even though it was hard to avoid leak from those dumbass leakers going around) this is extraordinary; from the the animations, sprints, artwork and the music, this team should proud for what they have accomplished here as this is, to my knowledge, one of the horror/exe mods that was fully completed. I also like how every Mario is lined up as if it reflects their power levels, and I like how much one has a unique mechanic, even if some of them are repeats from one another, you guys made feel different somehow. Nevertheless, I’m so happy that this saw the light of day and I’m really glad for the team and what they have achieved here, and I think that they should have a well deserved break from this, well done the lot of ya.
