You need some better perks, and guns. Also for some reason i have a bug where the Enclave are all wearing only power armor frames minus the armor.

I wiped out all three Enclave settlements with dispatch and enjoyed the hell out of it. Cannibalized their power armor when i see them on the road too. Will they keep respawning?

I used a mod to spawn bos soldiers and omg just 1 bos knight in power armour took an entire encampment
