"does that mean you're also a guy ?" being asked towards ena is referring to the fact mizuki is a trans female. "normal girl" being used towards ena by mizuki's classmates is them obviously saying mizuki isnt a real woman due to her being trans. they're being transphobic. referring to mizuki as "he" the entire time they talked about her, despite Mizuki ALWAYS being referred to as "she" or "they" throughout her entire storyline. and why would say something like this over someone being a crossdresser ??????
even if she WAS a crossdresser, which of course she isn't. why would her secret of being a crossdresser cause her so much distress she needed to run off from ena ? "i want to disappear" wouldn't be a reaction over a secret about crossdressing being exposed unlike how a secret of being transgender would be. she wouldn't do all that because shes a dude who likes wearing dresses.
