You said you are the head of symphonic for west Africa which means symphonic is available in west African countries including Nigeria I have been having difficulties with debit cards concerning payment for subscription and when I reached out to the support aside from the fact that your support takes so much time and I had to send another email as follow up hours after I sent the first one the support finally responded with a reply that isn’t explanatory saying it isn’t available for my region . Now my question is why do you keep making videos about symphonic in west Africa including Nigeria and your support is saying something else , what extacly is going on
Hi guys. Just recently moved to Symphonic. Tried the Transfer Track tool but it demanded that I re-upload the audio files after importing from Spotify. Is this normal?
