    My mother occasionally performed this piece on the organ. I especially loved the quiet movement.

      thoughts on the snares? personally I'd have cut them. and maybe the cymbals

    Ces musiciens sont-ils des professionnels ou de très bons amateurs? / Are these musicians professionals or very good amateurs?

      This is an arrangement for a brass band, different from a concert band, without any woodwind instruments, and using cornets instead of trumpets are two of the main differences. This band is full of amateur players, not professionals.

      @@trak3267 : Merci beaucoup. Of course, it was a brass band. I made a mistake. I know what is a concert band. I conducted many during my career as a music teacher in a école secondaire (high school).
