The persons assembling the motors are technicians or mechanics - they are not, however, engineers. I am one of those technicians. I am very skilled and have a very good understanding of electricity and mechanics, but to call me an engineer is insulting to persons with difficult college engineering degrees and responsibilities who are correctly called engineers.
@@RunnerDobi no it's not, believe it or not, the entire design from the biggest stator to the tiniest hole, everything has a reason and even the gap between the holes are measured, that is the work of engineers, they have to learn each and every aspect of it and its not only for motors,
Infant I willy love how you design this induction motor, please if you can help me, I want to come and for you to train or educate me on the manufacturing. Please I am a University student in Kumasi Technical University in Ghana offering Bachelor Of Technology In Electrical Electronics Engineering.
I don't know if anyone noticed but when the motor was being assemble 13.48 minutes, the retaining pin was inside. I wonder if this motor failed due to that.

Nice video, but utterly zero real explanation of how a motor is made. You didnt explain that the stator lamination is made with a special electric steel, nor the composition of the rotor. Not explained that the stator lamination could use either plastic or resin between each layer and pressed down. And doesnt have to be welded. nor explained how the number of windings relate to the power required..... This is the most basic "how to make a electric motor" you could get... Anyone more than 18 should already know this basic theory...
This film is so well done that I would even pay to see it in a theater if the ticket price is right.
