The LA club scene in the very early 80's was amazing for roots music....Los Lobos, Dwight Yoakam, X, The Blasters. All very different but still all roots based. Would have loved to have lived there back then.

I remember when I got the Slash Anthology this one stood out to me. As I recall, this is a John Cougar Mellencamp tune? Love it!
