The third one....absolutely amazing for the price!
Love the way you showcase affordable homes. Very interesting. I’m looking to move to the mainland. Every time I decide on a state I rethink it. All have drawbacks and attractive s it seems
Thanks Susan. More beautiful homes especially the last home with full brick. Kinda got jet lag from travel to the mile high cities in Colorado then all the way to Virginia. Just kidding. Cheers ✌️
A little Jet Lag never hurts ;;)) Thanks for tuning in. More Houses coming up. Cheers ☕️🏡
I liked the log cabin's wrap around porch, but oh my, the brick house's charm stole my heart! I'd create a few gardens with a dwarf flowering tree in each surrounded by Virginia perennials.
I've stayed at the KOA in Fancy gap a few times. I just love that town.
Great condition and the sun room😊😊😊 lots of plants❤
Right. Plants are a Must Have. Thank You for tuning in. More Houses coming up. Cheers 🌴☕️🏡
Love the house on Keno Rd in Fancy Gap. I checked out the "3D" on it and noticed it does have a stain in the ceiling on the 2nd floor, above the hall heater and plus inside that bedroom in the corner.
OMG I love those homes. We're in the market of renting a uhaul !
Lawrenceville is a really nice place Live 👌🇺🇸
I love that log home.
Beautiful family home
It's soooo FUNNY!!!! When looking at the Two Story Brick, built in the 20's, when showing the Entryway, we both said at the same time, "Wow, THAT'S RED"!!!! HaHa!!!! But this was still my FAVORITE!!!! Don't build them like that anymore, unfortunately!!!!
Thank goodness for a color palate, primer and brushes. Thank You for tuning in. More Houses coming up. Cheers 🌞☕️🏡
What a shame they painted everything white, I bet it was beautiful with wood thank you Susan 🙏🏻
Thank You for tuning in. More Houses coming up. Cheers 🏡☕️
Im pretty sure what you called log built is actually a log facade. Like 1/2 log application. Nice price at 150k thought. The interior would have to be repainted with neutral colors imo.
Nice homes, great prices...but HIGH taxes and personal property tax in Virginia, unfortunately.
Have a good holiday.
Thank You. Happy Thanksgiving w/Turkey..or Not ;;)) 🦃🌞
Cheers!❤
Yes open up stairway and remove carpet
