    Thanks for the video! Nice summary. Still looking for my ikigai. I think there are some "restrictions", like geographicals ones, age etc that influence it. But they should not be an excuse.

      That is a great point! I certainly agree, it is difficult and I think finding what you're good at and how to monetize it are the most difficult steps out of the 4.
      Finding what you're truly good at requires a lot of self-reflection. It's something that resonates with you, throughout your life effortlessly you were good at it but it doesn't need to be the exact thing - let me explain. For instance, maybe as a kid, you were good at drawing and into art. You don't need to become an artist and sell paintings, but you can develop sets of skills that would fulfill your creative side! Like graphic design! It can be as simple as designing logos to start. Since it aligns with your personality trait, it will become almost effortless and fulfilling. That's literally what I did.
