As this appears still available on your website, you should consider rewording the description. You say the house was “egregiously renovated”, which, if true, would not have given the positive results seen here. The price - @€500/sq m - is a bit crazy good, considering that was the rate for property in need of total renovation in Toscana before the financial crisis.
the house is still available probably because it is located in a small village without shops, in reality the shops are a few km away but not everyone likes too much tranquility. I can assure you that the renovation work is truly done in an exceptional way, stone walls and brick vaults have been brought back to view. Before it was all plastered. So I thank you for the suggestion but I don't think I should change the description. Instead I invite you to see this extraordinary property with your own eyes. I'll wait for you in Abruzzo!😀
Yes, very spacious and beautiful in its detail with Majella stone and bricks. Excellent for two people even more because there is the possibility of having another mini apartment in the floor below.
