I would have been screaming like you guys as its just pure original power awesomness. Bruce was great but was not awesomely amazing nice and delicate. I have always been against the judging scoring system it's gotten better but I still hate it also style , power and flow should be number one. Airs are great but it depends on the actual wave.

Chris S modern surfers are not modern! They are replicating the past. I saw Occy do a tail high frontside air in 84. Shane Herring was doing huge front 3’s. Christian Fletcher was going ballistic in the late 80’s. Gary Cruikshank from Narrabeen was doing huge Stale’s from 82-87. Now he is the air coach for Hurley. Nothing new now dude coz skateboarding has influenced this shit for years!
