God Invented the GHR and the 45 degree hip extension...pretty sure you can effectively hit glutes with manipulating hip positions (neutral/some external rotation). Sastead does share great content, though
Overall I would say that these aren't worth doing since it wouldn't hit the targeted muscle to such a Greater degree than a tried and true movement like glute ham raise(curl your upper body forward and wide, toes angled out, stance for glute focused) , hip thrust or leg curl, that they aren't worth both setting up or looking stupid in the gym

They all look hard and great and definitely gonna try them. However none of these would even touch Nordic hamstring curls. That one is real power
