The theory (we believe it is much more than just a theory!) is that when you first start saying your positive affirmations, they may not be true, but with repetition they sink into your subconscious mind, you really start to believe them, and eventually they become your reality, they become a self fulfilling prophecy and actually become true.
Over time they overwrite any limiting or negative beliefs you may have about yourself or about not being able to do something, and replace them with positive thoughts and beliefs which instill confidence, belief, positivity, ambition and much more.

@Happy Vee Just play and focus on nothing. Let the words saturate your subconscious with no focus on what you're listening to. Play it while your doing something or listen to it at the lowest level at least 3-6 times a day for at least 3 months or until you feel it in your veins.....THEN KEEP LISTENING MORE!!!!!
@Happy Vee just do what Jeremy says as the overlapping voices are purposely designed to penetrate your subconscious mind quicker and the affirmations are repeated in each of the three different voices in different sequences, whereas a single voice might not be as effective.they are cleverly done really.keep listening and good luck and hope it works for you.

Eddy Kai u don't necessarily have to listen, ur subconscious picks up what is being said, and if u put no thought into it(because some thoughts maybe negative n contradict what's being said) ur subconscious accepts it as true and that's what makes it ur reality. 🤓

My mind trying to focus on more then one Voice at a time has 💯% help my Adhd witch does not exist anyway it's the mind not being able to focus. Mine due to ppl shouting at me all the time when I was young witch always took my focus.. The matrix just calls it Adhd. Bless 💖
