    I have a request, how can we get lost customers based on slicers(Year and MonthName from calendar)
    If 2023 selected so the table will show customer name, New customer sales which start sales in 2023.
    Repeat customers sales which were available in previous months and years also.
    Lost customers sales which were available in 2023 but when i select 2023 then table can show these customers previous sales in negative to know how much sales we lost in current period of which customers?

    Thank you for sharing.
    What's the definition of new customers in this case ? Customers who have not visited during the year (12M) or works backwards from the date selected to 365 days ? Ex: if we are in the first month of the year, let's say Jan. Does it consider all customers who have not visited from Feb last year to Jan this year or only Jan ?
    Also, it would be helpful to understand lapsed customers i.e. customers who visited in past years and have returned after a gap of 1 year or 2 years.

      @MITutorials  2 года назад

      This is basically looking at the entire data and returning whether it is a new customer or not.
      If you need to add the timeframe to this you will have to tweak the variables 'Current Customers' & 'PastCustomers' so that they will look into that particular time frame and return whether the customer is old or new.

    Hi.
    Its only working when I'm selecting a particular year.
    I've marked all years and now "New Customers" is showing up as same as "Total Customers" & "Old customers" is coming up as 0. Anyone have any idea why is it happening ?

    • @MITutorials
      @MITutorials  Год назад

      When you select all years , what do you want to compare with ?

    • @jayantsenguptarock
      @jayantsenguptarock Год назад

      @@MITutorials I would like to compare it with the previous years. If selection is 2017 then it should compare it with 2014.15 and 16.
