Hilarious turn of events, Target somehow sent me a $50 child’s kick scooter (Jetson brand).😜 I returned it in the local store and decided to order from the Jetson website. With their promo code MAKEMOVES I saved $100 and my 250W Jetson bolt cost $299 instead of $399. Now, mine will arrive this week.😁
This is a cool little bike. It's a clone of the more expensive DYU. I have the ancheer version of this bike. There are a bunch of different ones with slightly different features. This one looks cool with the red rims. Mine came with metal black ones and electric horn for like 20 bux more. The part about unlocking the speed in the app works on mine too. However that speed is only possible if you're the 85 pound Korean girls this thing was designed for. Im 6'1 and still a skinny 145 and I get like 16 mph on it full charge. I get at least 7 miles too, but mine came with a lower quality 6ah battery. Yours looks a little more peppy for some reason. All I know is I recommend this thing to everyone. My city sorta has nosey cops, and not sure on ebike laws yet. I still ride this thing all over. Cops think its cool. My leg was broken last Halloween so I used it as a "mobility scooter" even though I'm only 30 lol. Cops and even stores didn't mind me rolling in with it. Everyone just thought it was cool and wanted to ride it. I put blue wire lights wrapped around the frame with a ballsack that flashed blue hanging under the seat lol. Cops took a picture and laughed.
Look into before buying...plastic wheels? and most importantly (no) mention of pedal assist, which also means you cannot pedal once the battery loses its charge?

Only Jetson bolt Pro comes with Bluetooth that lets you unlock 19mph. Regular Jetson dosent. Only way is to remove Bluetooth from Pro and attach to Regular.
Ancheer sells the same bike. The only thing if you buy it from a 3ed party they do not honor the warranty. If you buy one make sure before you first ride it there us the correct amount of air in the tire. You might have to buy a valve extender to clear the tire. Any problems if the seller or company won't resolve file a complaint with the BBB.
Well we want to know if someone taller, say, 6 foot 190 can pedal this bike and just how long will it hold up? I bet those plastic wheels will get cracks over time ?
@@TheCoolestCourier JUST FIXED IT .Air tire scooters just don't like asphalt roads and beat up sidewalks -but that's the only road you can ride them on.Even on a grassy or dirt road you might run up on a nail or cut glass.Will buy solid rubber wheel scooters from now on.

Not sure, I took mine back to Costco and got a scooter instead. If you buy it at Costco it does not fall under their electronics policy so you can take it back at any time

No just riding motorcycles these days. But I do have an Apollo ghost which is super fun and great bang for your buck performance e-scooter. And my girlfriend has the Jetson bolt Pro from Costco which is the new version of the bike you're asking about. We hardly use it but it's still around and it still works. If anything ever happened to it just take it back to Costco

Jimmy Brooks I climb lots of hills on mine, you just switch back it doesn’t even slow down that much. I use them to get back to my car after paddling downriver weekly. Bad ass.

Hey buddy i have a question that apparently Jetson doesn't understand lol. I bought my bolt off Ebay and it was new but returned so checked over and resold to me lol. The previous owner had only set it up , never rode and returned it. Im having a hard time with the app.due to i guess his applying it then to the app and naming it. My question is if I can't get the app together is the bike at full function or do i need the app.to completely open it?

This could be the perfect way for me to park at Disneyland for free. I will park in a neighborhood then ride this thing to Disneyland and lock it up at the bike rack.
It doesn't do steep hills very well. At least with the new one it has pedals so you can pedal at the same time but steep hills are still tough. I would check out the Apollo ghost. It's a scooter and it climbs any Hill no problem

Maybe the membership would be worth it. Gas is cheap there. They should have the Segway ninebot scooter on their website. That's what I own personally from Costco. I'll do a review on it soon

They should! Luckily they have a bigger one called the Jetson bolt Pro. I also reviewed that. It's hard to go back to these little e-bikes after getting into motorcycles but I do quite enjoy my Segway scooter from Costco. It's fast and you can stand up so it's not cramped

Watched a lot of reviews on this bike I'd say years by far is probably the best going to get myself one for my three mile commute to work
It definitely would work but you could get a full size e bike at Walmart if this one ends up being too small.

He takes the bike in the boat, then carries the boat with a trailer hooked up to the bike. The car has no brakes though..

On the website they don't consider the battery removable, but people have definitely modded with larger batteries if you look into them.
