    Where it's still felt to me like a heart attack could be just starting to come on even though it was just a panic attack, is when I got a quite tight enough feeling in my chest or at the bottom of my chest. I'd then always think if that tight feeling there gets worse and also spreads way up into my chest, that then I'd for sure be worried about it being a heart attack.

    I can't find anything that can soothe me. When i have a panic attack my heartrate rises. I have a tremendous pain in my chest, shoulders and shoulderblade. My left arm hurts and feels warm. My neck pulls. My jaws will hurt and i feel scared. Tell me how i possibly need to understand the difference. I been to ER too much and told panic attack and been rqcking up bills. One day when it's what i fear most, i won't recognize it

    • @miloradvlaovic
      @miloradvlaovic 3 года назад

      Well try to think of it this way: you've been trough that before and are still here. Then what are your risk factors?
      Then again who am I to tell you, because, honestly, just this last year I've sought urgent medical care for the same reason 5 times. Thankfully, we have something like NHS so we're all insured for urgent cases, and some levels of medical care and therapy. Otherwise I would've bankrupted several times by now. Downside: things like communal health insurance mean crowded ERs, overworked MDs and "conveyer belt" type of approach to a patient. Misdiagnoses are common, and empathy and reassurance, all but nonexistent.
      However, I'm still planning on seeing a good specialist privately, so they can have me take ergometry, echocardiogram and ECG , there are specialized devices that can take all these tests simultaneously, and if those turn out good, than I can work with a psychiatrist on a good enough treatment.
      At this point to be fair, I'd take any sorts of psychiatric drugs if they ensured no more of this, even if they had horrendous side effects (which they sometimes do).
      I don't know about you, but I simply and plainly CAN NOT function. I can barely sleep, and I keep thinking about when will the next episode be and what if that one's not a panic attack. Ironically, enough of untreated panic attacks and even super vegan will get a heart condition.
      I hope you're better now, but If not, I hope you get better soon. G'd bless you!

      @@miloradvlaovic Yes, same. It feels like a heart attack or something related to that. Been to ER multiple times but all tests clear. Lately, mine are more frequent and getting severe and prolonged. Can easily stay for 4 hours or so. Hyperventilating, breathing issues, tingling feeling and fast heartbeat.

    Ok so i suffered from panic attacks of having heart attack for almost two years and when i got real one I didn't even recognize it and was feeling quite good with just some "muscle " pain and walking for two days with it. I thought that it will carry out like that: you feel intense pain, suffocate , loose conciousness and die. How is it possible that was able to make 40 push ups and stand ups in 30 min just 7 days before and didn't feel anything?
