Mecha Naruto was a filler but peak fiction. Indra and Ashura are backstory characters they do have a arc that is kinda filler but does have important backstory especially since its in the anime so who cares if it contradicts some manga info.
To be fair Indra and Ashura are Madara and Hashirama ancestors so technically Hashiramas jutsu was stolen not the other way around
Some characters alter their ults depending on the opponent, namely:
Kid Hinata - Kid Naruto
Kushina - Minato
Karin - Hebi/Black Sasuke
Konohamaru - Iruka/Kakashi/Jiraiya.
And team ult of Naruto/Sasuke/Sai slightly alters depending on if you're facing girls or men/Kaguya.
Kashin Koji is indeed summoning Fire. Without going into any major spoilers, the fire he summons is special in a way that was required for it to work against his opponent when he used that jutsu in the manga/anime.
Tenten's is S tier in my brain because that damn sound effect from the iron ball hitting NEVER fails to crack me up
Here’s a tip when it comes to looking at the ultimate jutsus: Instead of using the ultimate jutsu normally (as in, doing it with no one on your team), use the team ultimate thing instead, and do it with a character who doesn’t have a custom team ultimate with whoever’s ultimate that you are trying to see, because then the character who’s ultimate your trying to see will have a bit of extra cinematic animation at the start.

So many character ultimates were ruined just by being introduced in Storm 2. They tried shortening them to avoid people DCing during them which makes sense but it destroyed so many and it's been so long with so many that it can't easily be fixed at this point.
I didn't mind them being short the main issue with them that where lacking goofy looking hell sakura does a gut punch ino does a kick tsunade ult is basically a copy paced of hadhiramas throw oruchimarus was a simple snake summon hell even their ultimates in the psp games where way more impressive despite how short they where
26:10, this one is more of HOW the arrow is formed. If I remember correctly the arrow is twisted into a spiral giving it a weird formation that twists mid-air. Along with it having a string on it.

if want see more ultimate jutsu made by cc2 you look at naruto mobile tencet ultimate has some similar jutsu due begin made by bandai but also unique ultimate from filler and movies characters

If you do the awakenings, you need to make a tier of “Nothing Changed”.
And yeah. EMS Sasuke is great because of how legitimately freaky he is. Heck, in 3, his neutral combo ended with a horrifying close-up of his bloodshot eye!

Worth it when its on sale, if I wasnt planning to make a video or two I would've waited too. A solid $30 purchase i'd say, too much recycled content. But the new story's cool & the netcodes surprisingly not god awful this time

sakura has like one good fight in early boruto against this dude shin uchiha she kinda goes crazy in that fight but then sasuke comes and carries

Not quite. Theyre in the code, but locked. No actual way to do them yet. Probably even more paid dlc 🙄

I hope not considering ino only use flowers when she's selling them in the village
They made it a game only thing but Ino's knowledge of flowers makes it possible to use poison ones in battle
Also as much as i hate arena fighters the supers are almost always super pretty
I think arena fighters get too much hate man, they're junkfood games to me. Fun as long as you don't take em too seriously.
