First time I have grasped the full meaning of the lyrics.
The tone, the warmth, the phrasing and the emotional rate is sky high with this woman.

Okay, great reaction. Aurora is my all time favorite artist, she writes the most thought provoking dark subject matter songs that she shines a light on in the darkness. She is a self taught multi talented artist who is performance art when you watch her live. She did not rush that song at all, did she, she really has good instinct when it comes to music, she has really great dramatic pauses too. So the only lessons she ever had were approximately 10 years of dance, she is a great dancer too, she taught herself how to play the piano when she found one in the attic at home at the age of 6 (if my memory is working right, she was 6, lol). Anyway, she has been writing songs from a very young age and has a large discography for you to explore. I would suggest Soft Universe live at Nidarosdomens, one of my favorite songs and performances, I would say that 90% of her songs are my favorite, lol. Looking forward to more Aurora on your channel, hope to see you soon.

Very good comments about cover and Aurora. I mean she just feel songs and when she sing I believe her and her emotions. Also she take original song and she change it as it would be her song (of course with respect to original). And of course David Bowie is great and known artist but so is Aurora - even if not so famous like David she is an Artist with big "A" in my opinion. And you can see it in her original songs, her covers and even her personality (which I would call unique :) ).
Ps. I also like how she put emphasis on meaning, lyrics and as i said earlier emotions of song. When I hear cover from her I really listen to lyrics and understand meaning of song which is not always a case for original song.
Her music is quite diverse, and her intense and genuine way to perform (especially live) makes her very interesting and enjoyable for me.

She has so many beautiful and amazing songs herself, even songs she wrote at a very early age (9 - )
Her breakthrough song Runaway, which she wrote when she was 11, is her most known song. And it went viral on TikTok so you may know it.
The MV has over 560 million views on YT, but her performance at the Nobel peace prize concert 2015 is better😍
