It has a single goal in mind and that's Human supremacy which I might add utterly justified considering the initial war with the Turians. Also they were the only faction doing anything about disappearances of the human colonies when no one gave a damn. The only reason they "turned" is because the writers saw it as a problem why would a human supremacist organisation suddenly turn against humanity and be enslaved or turned to mush by another Xeno race. They were indoctrinated just like Saren was and Saren wasn't even a bad guy.

how do you have 600% slower? surely 100% slower would be stopped? what % means its stopped? or do you mean it's about 83.3% slower which would make it 16.6% speed or 1/6th of 100%?
