I had the same problem, just install again and remove all folders, after this open your project folder
should appear and run without problems

For people having problems with chrome not opening because you dont use chrome like me, I use firefox follow the instructions in link below and EDIT your browser_sync_launch.js file, after following these steps it worked for firefox because this plugin is coded to run for chrome but by changing a setting to firefox it works fine.

I fixed it by going to file in sublime, closing everything through that function, and then re-opening the file, then the file showed in the sync menu, and I could launch it and once launched it works.

I have a domain name for my website and all the files downloaded on a windows “Site 5” server that MAC doesn’t offer but I have to transfer it on my MacBook and I’m using Sublime for the web development.
