Chef Jean-Pierre, I seldom comment on ANY channel I watch. (Unless It is really bad) You often comment that people who watch your channel complain your videos are too long or you use too much BUTTER. I watch your channel to learn not be entertained and you are a superb educator, teacher and entertainer. Your years of WISDOM and expertise is unsurpassed. Please (and I don't think you will,) don't change a thing. I actually wish you made more videos and could make them longer. Thank again for all your content. Greg

Chef, I’m 58 years old. I’ve been eating fried chicken my whole life. As a kid, mom cooked it in her green Sunbeam covered electric skillet. When I left home, the only time I ate fried chicken was when I bought it from a restaurant and usually from one of those !QUACK! restaurants. But Ive been watching you now for a couple months and all I can say is THANK YOU for the education. As I said to someone yesterday, watching you, I haven’t learned recipes, I’ve learned technique. Tonight, I fried 2 chicken breasts (one for now, one for later). I butterflied the thick one perfectly, and triple-coated it and used every other tip you’ve taught us about how to make chicken. IT WAS PERFECT. THANK YOU. I’m this old and FINALLY feel like I have the tools to make delicious meals for myself. You, my friend, are AHMAZING. Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge, humor and sweet spirit. I feel like I got free tuition to the best cooking school ever ❤️

I love the "UH OH WE'RE STARVING AND WE ARE GONNA BE COOKING OR ELSE!" music at the top, then the mellow, laid back, and relaxed, "ahhh... mmmm... ahhhh..." music at the end. «super-cool»

“ It’s all about the sauce”,,, My father always said the reason he married my mom was because she made the best sauces and gravies. I learned watching both my Italian Grandmother and German Grandmother plus my Mom on how they made them. My biggest regret is not opening a restaurant called “ It’s in the Gravy”, it enhances every meal in any kitchen. If you can make sauces and gravies then your soups are usually the Best. Great Job CJP…
