I am using Groww from 2021. I invested in Axis small cap fund by sip. NAV of axis small cap showed in Groww App dashboard mis match with CAS Statement .I complaint to Groww customer care. Still not resolved . Plz suggest me

Mutual funds and groww app both are cheating. On 4th June in market fall I purchased 34000 Rs units at 11:00 AM. Naku 4th date nav ravali.endhukante 2:00 pm before invest chesa kabatti. Kani vallu 5th nav allot chesaru. One day lo market aa fund lo 2.4% perigindhi. Arround 800 rs loss Naku.
Generally if we buy today they will allocate units next day. Same day not possible as far as I know. I am using scripbox there also it is same. Sometimes it even take 2 days to allocate units
Becoz it goes to AMC and from there units allocation happens. So it will take one day atleast
Every time I buy they provide same day nav if you order before 2pm but this time not. Fund realisation and order confirmation also done with in minutes after my purchase done. During market fall only these kind of things happening. During normal time I am not getting this problem

Every MF company will have their own website people should check there.
Customer support of grow are not properly educated and most of the customer support team don't have proper knowledge and also arrogant in talking!
Very difficult to call customer care, they will not take calls.
