Hello, this is the cutest bear tutorial I have seen. Could you please help me with sewing the parts together And also if you have a written pattern. Thanks a lot for this lovely tutorial ☺️
Hello. Thank you soo so much. Your comment made me so happy. I'm so glad the video is helpful. I will have done written pattern on September. I'll let you know then. Also I will share here in my channel another crochet toy tutorial next week in english. There will part where you can se how I sew all parts together. I will sew tail of the toy to the body so you can follow me and do that the same on the bear pattern. I use invisible stitch. It's the best but you can pick your favourite sew stitch and sew it together. I think it doesn't matter what stitch you will use or what way you will use because it's great material where you can hide everything 😁
I saw this little bear and I am trying to make one. It is very cute and easy to make. However it would be very helpful if you could tell us which number of row you are working on and how many stitches are at the end of each row. Tha k you very much for sharing. 😮
Thank you so much! Your explanations are clear and calm. I have a lot of left over yarn . May I used them instead? They are bernat premium number 4 but 100% acrylic . Thank you again
Can you please give more details on the yarn, I got that it is Himalaya dolphin baby. Do I need one ball for legs, body, head, arms, ears? I know i need one of white for the face. (the one i see for sale on etsy says 120 metres, yarn weight 6, and super bulky) love this bear

Hello. Thank you very much. Really. I feel sorry for that but I can't do anything now with the music. Next time I will do it better. Thank you very much for your tip 👍😍
It is an easy guide. However please explain correctly the increases and decreases and how many for a beginner like me. At the belly I did the increases in the beginning but didnt increase in next 4 rows??? Now I have to do it over if I want it done correctly.. Besides that it's coming out beautifully. Thank u
Hello. i am glad you like my teddy bear. Thank you :) I have done written pattern of this bear in english. I will share it in my etsy shop soon. I´ll let you know then.
I do not know blanket yarn, but the best quality is from Himalay brand. Click on the link in desription of this video. There is a link for Himalaya brand. For beginners it is absolutely the best choice.
Hi, i am a beginner on crochet and have been watching videos but i am asking people that has more expirience, how did you learn? How did you started? I dont want to just follow videos, i will love to create my own ideas/patterns. If you can answer will be very helpful, thanks
Hello. If you are beginner try to keep making one thing as toys for example. You need to understand the system how to make balls and shapes what you want. You need to learn from start like magic ring, single crochets etc. Learn from youtube. It is the best and some books will help you too. I learned everywhere. I read a lots about crochet. I just practised hours and hours a day. I learned by myself and just practise will help you. Try and try..
I am glad you crochet with me 🥰 thank you. You can use bigger size of crochet hook and yarn called Velluto from Alize brand. It’s thicker chenille yarn 😉
Hi, you didn't mention in both the parts that how you join the head, hands and ears of this bear. If you can suggest how to join them it would be helpful.
Hi, yea you are right, because I have single video for it. That's why I did not show it in this video. Also I have the written pattern if you want you can buy it here 😉 www.etsy.com/shop/tommyssheepshop
Is there a written pattern that goes with this as I found it difficult to follow the number of rows needed for the legs for example! Was it 7, 9, 10??? Also, you started out with 6 stitches in the magic ring, did a double stitch in each, but ended up with 14. Sorry, I'm confused!!! Also, it would be helpful if you said after each row, which row you were on and how many stitches there were. I gave up in the end and had to throw my wool away.
I feel sorry if you are confused in some parts of pattern. Everything is described in that written pattern. You have to count always ch 1 as sc. So that's why you'll get 14 stitches in next round.
Hello, could you or anyone tell me how many Total yards of yarn are needed for the head and body? thank you! I'm wanting to make a Christmas gift and want to make sure I get enough from the start so it's not late
Hello, I glad you pick my video pattern for the Christmas gift. Thank you 😍 you'll need 120 meters of the yarn. But you should have more if you make a mistake or something like this. It's always better to have more yarn than is needed 😊
Hi, on the second round of the first part of the video, I got 12 stitches, instead of 14. Am I doing something wrong? I did two single crochet in each stitch
Now in every video I say how I do it. Sorry I did not say it in this video ☺️ I always count the chain as single crochet but you can do it how you do it. Make 7 sc in the first round in the second round you have to inc * 7 (14)
Hello. You can use just front loop or stitches. It's up to you. When you will use just front loop it will be little different pattern without space between single crochets. So the stuffing will not get out of teddy bear and decreasing will not be visible..
Hello. Maybe you were very lost because I used just front loop. Use stitches all the pattern it will be easier for you 😉. And I do not know what chains you mean. I started with magic ring and then I work in a round..
Hello :) thank you so much for this tutorial. Can i just double the number of crochets to have a bigger bear? do the increase and decrease counts stay the same or would i need to double that as well? thank you!
Hello. I am glad you like it 😍 thank you! If you will double the number of crochets you have to do it in whole pattern. But I do not think it will work. On start when you have to make magic ring and then increase I can't imagine it. Try it. Maybe you will get nice and bigger bear but you have to change it from start.
I would recommend using a bigger hook and doubling the strands of yarn. So use two strands with a bigger hook and you will naturally get a bigger bear. Unless you want a huge huge one that should suffice. If you want the super huge one then you have to do it by trial and error cause the whole pattern has to be modified.
@@tommyssheep Thank you sooo soooooo muchhhh for answering my question, I appreciate it a lot. Your video really interesting and inspiring to me! I'm still a beginner and hope that I can make something wonderful by following your tutorial 🥰 I'm subscribing to your channel! Stay safe 😊
I loved this!! Can i ask you about the quality of the baby dolphin yarn? All I hear is it sheds like crazy and the quality is not the best I want to know if it's worth the investment! Thank you for sharing this awesome teddy bear!
Thank you very much! I would like to know better yarn than Dolphin baby. It is the best work with this yarn. The thread inside of the yarn is strong, the fluff stays on it. When you will join individual parts of your project together it will be so easy work with yarn from Himalaya. My experience with other chenille yarns is horrible. When the fluff doesn't keep on the thread it is hard work during crochet. It is really hard work when you want to sew ends of yarn inside and it is not possible to ripp out and crochet again with the same yarn. Himalaya makes the best chenille yarn for me. It is my opinion and if someone knows better yarn I would like to know it and try it 😊
@@tommyssheep Thank you so much!! This is the answer I wanted! Lengthy and with actual reasons behind it.! Thank you for taking the time! I hope this helps anyone else with the same doubt.
Great tutorial and I found it easy to follow. Could you please explain how you put all the parts together. As this is the parts I struggle with most and you didn’t add this in your tutorial
Hello. Thank you so so much. You are not first who says that 😀 I thought it's not to important and also the video is to long already now. I use invisible stitch always but you can do that with any sewing stitch. Just join it to other parts by your favourite stitch. I will share another video of crochet toy so you can watch it because there will be part of video how to sew a tail of cat. I hope it will help you little. I will post it next week.

120 g should be enough if you will not make a mistake 😊
120 m I am sorry I ment meters
I have a question why work only front loop?
Hello. You can use just front loop or stitches. It's up to you. When you will use just front loop it will be little different pattern without space between single crochets. So the stuffing will not get out of teddy bear and decreasing will not be visible..
@@tommyssheep Thank you so much! I making one for my kids now.
Hi can I use any size of yarn for this?
Hello, yes you can 😉
@@tommyssheep thankyou!
What yarn did you use?
Hello. It's called Dolphin baby from Himalaya.
Thank you so much ✨✨
Additionally to Daniela's question, what yarn weight did you use - 5 or 6?
Which yarn is best for dolls
I never made dolls but I would take 100% cotton.
It would be nice to show exactly how you are doing the chains. Especially in the beginning when you doing them through the magic ring. I was very lost
Hello. Maybe you were very lost because I used just front loop. Use stitches all the pattern it will be easier for you 😉. And I do not know what chains you mean. I started with magic ring and then I work in a round..
@@tommyssheep can you also just do both loops, instead of just the front loop, or do you have to do that?
Hi can you share, for one teddy bear how much yarn are require? 50g or 100g or more? Thank you
Hi, you need 100g 😊 if you will not make any mistake it is enough for one bear..
Stay safe 😊
@@farahfarzana5715 That´s great to hear. Thank you so much. Take care :*
If I may ask.. What is the size of the eyes and nose?? I really wanna do this project for my cousin because her birthday is in a few weeks! Thank you!
Hello, I am happy you like my bear 😍 size of the eyes is 1 cm and size of the nose is 2 cm 😉
How much yarn or how many balls of yarn did you use for the entire teddy bear??
120 mt of yarn. It’s one ball of the yarn but it’s better to have two balls. I had just about 2 meters of yarn left from one ball.
@@tommyssheep thank you 🥰🥰
Great tutorial and I found it easy to follow.
I am wondering..maybe I will make a video about that how to sew all parts of toy together.
@@tommyssheep that would be great. Thank you xx
