hi! I made all the parts of the bear, except the muzzle. I've already tried 4 times and it's not clear to me at all, neither from the video nor from the pdf I bought. For example, R2 ends with 22 stitches, and R3 at the end has 30! How is that possible, when in R3 there are only (inc, 1sc)* 4 there are 12 stitches....+ 22 is already 32!!! (and there are other stitches I must do it) Can you please send me a clarification, so I can finish the work?
Hello, you have to make chain 6. Start to crochet in the second chain and make 2 sc in the same chain (increase). In next three chains make 1 sc, into the last chain goes 4 sc (4 sc in the same chain-double increase). Then continue working on the other side of chain. In next three stitches make 1 sc, into the very last stitch goes 2 sc (increase). It´s the stitch where you started to increase on the other side of chain (beginning). So you have four sc on both sides in the same place.
R2: increase in two st, one sc in next three st, increase in next four st, in next three st make one sc, in last two stitches increase (two sc in one st) R3: 1 sc in first st, increase in next, 1 sc, increase in next, 1 sc in next four st, (increase, 1 sc) this section has to be repeated four times so this is the scheme: increase, 1 sc, increase, 1 sc, increase, 1 sc, increase, 1 sc, in next three st make 1 sc, increase in next st, 1 sc in next st, increase in very last st.
It's up to you if you sew the nose to the head before you place the safety eyes, or if you sew the nose to the head after you've filled and finished the bear's head 😉
Mrswray, I think you can use whatever size yarn you like just pick a hook a size or two smaller than the label for the face in order to get tighter stitches. But I believe it probably a 5 or 6 chenille
can somebody help me with clear explanation of the muzzle? it is not clear at all for me, not on the video, nor in the pdf description and I have to finish for my granddaughter. Thank you in advance
Bon apprentissage 😁
I’m feeling like nobody actually made this. She should edit the video to coincide with what she is saying. I wanted to purchase her patterns for her Etsy shop but I’m concerned that it will be printed like she tries to teach. This would not work for me sorry. A for effort F for instruction.
I just finish 2 made them with different yarns, one is much bigger then the other!
I love them!!!!!

Thank you :) you will need two balls of yarn..one ball of the plushie yarn has 120 gr.
Does anyone know what size yarn this is? 4 worsted? Size 6 super bulky?
#6 super bulky
It is not mentioned on the label 🤷🏼♀️
@@lacasadelganchillomas3883not super bulky!

cant believe she doesn’t mention yarn she used or hook. I really want to make it for my grand daughter’s first baby.

Hello, please send me a private message on Etsy. I’d love to know if you’ve finished the bear yet. If you’d like, I’d be happy to help you.
Any idea why mine in crocheting nearly double the size?! I’m using a 5mm hook
You probably crochet less tight than me but double size is to much 🤷🏼♀️

What size is the bear once finished...I have started and the head seems to be very big..Thanks
Hello, the height of the bear should be about 38 cm.
Would that be a good pattern for making a koala bear face instead if a bear if I decided
You can try to change it..I have koala tutorial in my channel 😊
A koala is NOT A BEAR!!hopeless
How many stitches was it for rounds 3, 4. 5. 6 and 7
So far:
Round 3= 21 stitches
Round 4= 28 stitches
Round 5= 35 stitches
Round 6= 42 stitches
Round 7= 49 stitches
So essentially each round is going up by 7 stitches. Hope this helps 🤗
Can you show how to join head and arms pls
Hi, many of you ask me for this question. I have a private video for my written pattern. So I am wondering to public the video.
Is there a part two?
Yes, the part two is in my channel.
My head was also very big, I just reduce 2 rounds, ended up just after 4 sc
Ok..good. Well done 😉
