It is heartbreaking that my nation, Nigeria, has been so unfortunate since gaining independence on October 1, 1960. Visionary leaders like Dr. Namidi Zikuwa Aminu, Kanu, and Obafemi Awolowo worked tirelessly to propel the country towards progress, but sadly, their passing marked the decline of Nigeria's fortunes. Their legacies and contributions to the country's growth and development remain unmatched. I pray daily for a better Nigeria, hoping for a resurgence of visionary leadership that will propel the country towards achieving its full potential. We are indeed in a mess, and it requires a collective effort to salvage our beloved nation.
The best easy solution is for us to accept regional system of government now and let everyone farm their farm alone. Time to clamor for regional system of government. The honest truth is that there's nothing like one Nigerian.
