Really appreciate all of the value I got out of your paid program and all the free content you post here! I have all of the materials I could possibly need and know/use the techniques you teach i.e. associations for vocab, shadowing, and retrieval practice, but I guess I am just overwhelmed with trying to put it all together and for multiple languages?
For example, I have a sheet of around 3,000 sentences of my own language islands, the travel language islands from your program, and the grammar sheet you have that’s divided into the A, B, C levels, and some language-specific phrases and colloquial things I want to know. For Spanish, I just jumped straight into active retrieval from Anki, but trying to do 100 new cards a day plus review basically takes up all of my time for studying the language so I don’t get any shadowing or active listening to native speaker content.
For Russian and French, I’m trying to shadow 200 of the sentences 5x from the sheet each day, but sometimes those sessions alone can take up to 2 hours to do (a lot of long sentences in my LI’s).
I was using the 14,000 mass sentence list you have posted and trying to shadow another few hundred reps a day to improve comprehension and learn more vocab, but it just all seems like too much to try and fit in each day? Any advice for trying to piece it all together? I watched your over-hour long video from a couple weeks ago, but trying to apply all the exercises is proving to be too much for me to spread out during the day. And that's without getting any native content listening in, since I'm putting comprehensible input on the back burner to focus on my speaking. Thanks if you get around to answering all of this!!

🌈🌈🌈 If you are a beginner in a foreign language, you should say the meaning in your native language first. But if you are at an intermediate level and up, you should say the meaning in your target language first.🌈🌈🌈
