KNM didn't give the bag of rice to the kids that's reasonable thing to do, but I think KNM should NOT give the kids who selling the lottery the bag of rice because their parents also receive the bags of rice; and that's not FAIR to the other people and the other children. There should be NO exception to the children otherwise that's bullying, discrimination against children.
I really feel so bad for the kids who sell the lottery, at their age instead of studying and playing they have to share with their parents the responsibility of providing/ feeding for the family. I do blame their parents for their being too ignorant, selfish and irresponsible. If the parents can't afford to raise the kids then they SHOULD NOT MAKE BABIES, they bring their babies to this world and make them suffer and make their kids to share the responsibility of providing and feeding the family. Living in poverty and without education, just like their parents when these unfortunate kids grow up they won't be able to escape from the vicious cycle of poverty. Good parents always want to raise their children well and want their children having a good future.
I have NO sympathy for the parents who are poor with many children. They cause their children's life miserable, they have to face the consequences for their selfishness and irresponsibility.
