Hi, To remove the damaged screen, we put on the heat pat for around 5 minutes and set it up to 80 degrees. Use the tool in the video to slide the screen off. You also could apply a little bit of ethyl alcohol to soften the original glue. For the glue, we suggest you use T-7000 (black color). Happy to help and any questions feel free to write in here.
