I have all the typical bully stories you hear growing up. But my husband had a good one. When he was in the second grade, this kid named Cash F. Would call my husband “Bobby Diapers” and one day the kid just wouldn’t let up! He’d say “Bobby Diapers! Bobby Diapers!” So my husband marched right up to that kid and socked him in the stomach! As the kid buckled over and gasped for the last bit of air in his gut. He let out “You’re Hurting Me Diapers!” 😂 Once in a while I’ll say to him, You’re Hurting Me Diapers! Just for fun. ❤Mondays!

I love the school system where my 2 boys attend. When they were in grades kindergarten to 5th grade. If you were having a birthday party. They made you invite every kid in the class. So no one was ever left out. I love that the kids surround and love the kids even in high school with any type of disabilities. They are always high giving them walking by. Sitting with them at lunch. They always get dates to homecoming and prom. I just love our schools. There has never been one fight at any of the 3 schools my oldest has went to. And he is a senior this year. My youngest will start high school this August. We are very lucky for our schools and especially the teachers. They truly have the biggest hearts and are way under payed. One of my sones 1 st grade teacher has been teaching for 30 years and only makes 50k a year. It breaks my heart. We always give the teachers extras and when they need something. We help out. Our whole community does. I also always donate my kids clothes and shoes they grow out of to the school. For the teachers to help the kids that need them.

I am a licensed therapist in Iowa, and I've been practicing for 25 years. BetterHelp keeps trying to hire me ;-) A couple of comments for Easton...first, I did grow up in a small town and our driver's ed teacher was an alcoholic. He'd take us out driving while he was drunk and we'd run his errands and go to Dairy Queen! Second, a couple of days ago I listened to the pod where you asked about peeing sitting down. You are not alone. I found out my adult son pees sitting down. He decided to start doing that as a fairly young child, because he realized it was the cleaner choice. Gotta love that! Also, (not sure if anyone already mentioned this to you) Muslim boys are taught to pee sitting down, and so almost all Muslim men pee seated. Have a great day!

I’m not loving lala this season on VPR but I love her other seasons and I love her on the podcast. I think people need to separate being on tv to her being on pod. She knows the assignment on VPR, it’s what feeds her family. Maybe she was tryna be the contrarian or maybe it’s just how she felt about the whole tom/ariana situation at the time? Re bullies: we need a standardized course of emotional intelligence weaved into classroom studies, starting in kindergarten and adjusted as ages go up. Not only will it combat mental health, and potentially evade additional abuses going on at the home I personally believe it will decrease, if not eradicate school shootings. If kids in kindergarten through fifth grade, all learn more about emotional intelligence and how to adjust and regulate their emotions that is what stops bullying.
So I love you guys BUT I have to disagree with you about the party situation. My daughter is 8 and in second grade and there is a classmate in her class and she hasn’t been invited to a kids birthday party in the last two years because she is a really mean kid and is a bully and calls the other kids idiots because some of them have to go to a special reading teacher because they are behind in reading…so she is never invited because she is a bully 😂 love you lots ❤

When i was in the 6th grade I was getting off the school bus and i went to cross the road and was hit by a car ended up in the hostpital for 2 weeks broke my right sholder,pelvic bone and right knee .i had to be tutored at home from the time i got out of the hosptial till right before Christmas vacation .I was 12 years old. The road I crossed the bus driver was suppoed to stop and direct trafffic till we got across the road he did it one time ,plus the road we crossed was dangerous to cross

Re bullies: we need a standardized course of emotional intelligence weaved into classroom studies, starting in kindergarten and adjusted as ages go up. Not only will it combat mental health, and potentially evade additional abuses going on at the home I personally believe it will decrease, if not eradicate school shootings. If kids in kindergarten through fifth grade, all learn more about emotional intelligence and how to adjust and regulate their emotions that is what stops bullying.

So I love you guys BUT I have to disagree with you about the party situation. My daughter is 8 and in second grade and there is a classmate in her class and she hasn’t been invited to a kids birthday party in the last two years because she is a really mean kid and is a bully and calls the other kids idiots because some of them have to go to a special reading teacher because they are behind in reading…so she is never invited because she is a bully 😂 love you lots ❤

When i was in the 6th grade I was getting off the school bus and i went to cross the road and was hit by a car ended up in the hostpital for 2 weeks broke my right sholder,pelvic bone and right knee .i had to be tutored at home from the time i got out of the hosptial till right before Christmas vacation .I was 12 years old. The road I crossed the bus driver was suppoed to stop and direct trafffic till we got across the road he did it one time ,plus the road we crossed was dangerous to cross

I didn't get invited to a b-day party but my sister did I was upset some but the person having the b-day party was in her class and I wasn't so. I got made fun of alot in school mainly cause I was slower than everyone else. .i also have a learning disablity to.I had rumors spread around about me dating my bff who is a guy it started in the 4th grade all tway up till 10th grade of high school it finally stopped cause I involved a teacher and one of the people spreading it apologized to me through the teacher which i thought was cool.In the end he was just telling people what he heard he wasn't doing it to be mean.By the time it stopped that's all I wanted was for it to stop we didn't have to be friends.

Just want to say I love everything VPR so listen to other podcasts hate hearing Vanderpump Rules Party podcast they are so rude about you… they are such haters and don’t understand people can change.
