Transfer of technology will take place as well as production of the batch too will take place in India. So india can produce locomotive on their own in future with the latest technology. We also imported GT46PAC and GT46MAC and now see we have produced 1000+ locomotive in DLW varanasi using Technology transfer contract.
People from India just want to criticise without having any knowledge of existing rail infrastructure in the country!
