MX Tech shock isn't worth it for the normal guy, who will never do appropriate testing and take advantage of all the adjustability. Most riders & racers are luck if they set sag properly and do a couple of clicker adjustments per season
I completely disagree, I rode a national shock on a husky 350 (I ride a ktm 350) and it was incredible. Gun against my head do a choose mx tech inserts in stock aer48 or National shock, id pick the natty. Riding felt safer, it's insane. I have the coppersmith setup as well. If the track never gets rough or you don't race on rough chewed up tracks then I guess it wouldn't be worth it but it would be life changing at amateur day out at RedBud
Very cool build. Haven't heard of that front fork setup before, pretty interesting and sounds like good results. Given you did the natty shock, surprised you didn't look at the Blackjack forks.
I've got a set, its like riding a couch you can't bottom, I've never ridden on a fork that basically refuses to deflect wet roots wet rocks and can still run on a moto track no problem with a few clicks.
@@lukekelly5115 Thanks for the feedback. When you say you have a set is that the set in this video (Hybrid Ohlins) or the Blackjack forks? You also mentioned tree roots and rocks. Do you have it on enduro/woods bike or a motocross bike? Sorry for all the questions, genuinely interested.
Are you really running newton MMs on the fork clamps??? Thats a VERY low torque setting.... the voiceover was exceptional, as was the overall editing.... well done!
All the vet guys are rock hard rn 🔥

Good point, that MX Tech shock didn't look that well set up in the slow mo anyway.
@@vinceseyb2640 they also didnt mention theres a kyb shock you can put on a gas gas ktm or husky too
It looks insane and that's enough reason for some people to buy it .

The real question is what did the customer/owner think of the bike....... Some cool tech in the build and well explained in the video.
Would be interesting to see lap time difference to stock bike, see if it’s worth the extra 10k
Great build and review!
Sick looking bike
Nice job 💯👌

you never mentioned the akropovic exhaust system, thats not stock
MMmmm! Nice.
Not a word on exhaust..
The only question I have is if money isn’t a factor why buy a budget KTM why not start with the Husky or KTM
Because all the stuff is getting stripped off and they look bad ass in red.
Air fork on 1 side and Öhlins on the other side doesn't look great at all. It's a little like wearing 2 different colour shoes.
Huh?...you know its internal right? The outside fork itself is still a wp
Only 25000 $
