From what I've picked up I think you can get away with that, as long as those 16th notes in particular are in the same grouping. The 8th note at the end would take the space of the 5th and 6th sextuplet. It's pretty much the same way as having an 8th note triplet that has 2 8th notes and 2 16th notes at the end.
