The 'boyz, and off course your version of Yndrasta. It would also be cool if you do a critique video of the community on painting their Dominion mini's.
This is a really great first look. I enjoyed your commentary and how you spent time examining the pluses and minuses to many of the models. Much more informative than some other videos where people just pull stuff out, show it to you, then fanboy over it. Thanks for the great content!
Thanks very much, Bryan, there's so many out there these days, which are as you describe (Goobertown did a hilarious video on the subject), so I wanted to make sure there was a point to people watching ours, my pleasure :)
@@ArtisOpus Yes, Brent’s video was pretty funny. Definitely enjoyed what you both have done with the Dominion box. Looking forward to more great Dominion videos from you!
I got a second box, yep. But when it was on sale for £65 I love the Krule boys aesthetic, being not pigs-with-bucket-jaws, love em, the grots are a poor joke, I've covered the silly armour with rushes, moss and mud to make swamp commandos Stormcast are a 500% upgrade on the old style, I don't play GW games so for me the new guys are the sorceror-warriors and the old figures are now re-designated as the golem troops that backbone the army. My colour and style is a bad guy army of night so I pin the heads so I can swap them out with warp zombie versions and use the same models as elite raised dead for my vampire necromancers. I only begrudge the time it took to take the lousy and limiting faces off all of the shields and shoulders to paint my own icons
At the skill level which you paint, I dont care what unit you start with. I'm just excited to see what you do with all of them. You are legend, do you my dude
Thanks so much, dude :). We've got plenty planned! I will be going against public vote and starting with the stormcast though, couldn't resist the chunky dude :D
Totally agree, those goblinoid shields are great! Also, ofc you're using nans curtains for cloaks. They're +5 armor after all. (-: Watching models like these really make me want to have less off a backlog so i can buy them just to paint. :P
@@ArtisOpus Good for my collection, bad for my self esteem when they turn out like crap :D (well, less good then I want them too^^) But agree, it's good for the soul to buy beautiful things (-:
Awesome video, as usual! Will this box be around for a while or is it temporary? I'm new to this hobby and I'd luv to get this box, when I can afford it, but I've seen shops here in Sweden where it is "Sold Out", while others still have some in stock. Is it OK to wait or are these kind of limited? Thanks in advance!

Why the helmets are smaller? Magic. Literally. You are a Stormcast Eternal, with that glorious, great, big, bushy beard and when about combat happens, you move the helmet closer, *rumble, rumble and thunder* and you wear it like Stanley Ipkiss wears The Mask, with your face and that glorious, great, big, bushy beard magically compressed without losing the quality. Sigmar Armoured Solutions. Patent pending.
The Stormcast helmets are what makes me dislike the faction models as a whole. They have always seemed tiny and way out of scale, especially beside the massive shoulderpads. Not to mention that the helms have always seemed quite unrealistic being that tight fitting.
Plenty more Dominion content to come: Which unit from the box do you want to see us tackle first?
New Korn berserker plees 😂🥰🐶
The Murknob with Belcha-Banna!
The 'boyz, and off course your version of Yndrasta.

The Stormcast Spear Dudes pls. And Angry Angel Girl.
Annihilators pls, especially highlighting the round shields and maybe a lightning effect on base and/or hammer.

Hey buddy, it depends on the country, there's still a load in the UK, keep your eyes out for a bargain, and when you can get it grab a cheap one :)

Yeah tassles is weird. Wildly overused detail these days, it's been growing for a while, started to irritate me a bit years ago though.
:D it's the default easy way to add movement to a mini, I think tattered ribbons would have fitted nicely with the greenskins
