Hi. Sorry my late response. Of course you can use it. I don't know if it's ok to use it as part of a track that may be publicated, because some time ago I have a Copyright issue with one of my Drums here. It seems that someone used to record a song and I was notified about Copyright Claim, so I needed to claim I was the composer of the drum. So, don't know about what can happen, but you can use it as part of your draft ideas.
