its been over 1 month everything has been working fine as it should, no leaks! This has also solved my constant decrease of pressure in the boiler which i have to top up once a week now im not having that problem as before. I'm quite impressed of what we can achieve by advice and looking up on RUclips!
Saved myself ££ :)

Smashed it bro. It's crazy what you can learn from RUclips and then put it into practice. Another informative video. Subscribed and looking further to other videos. Keep it up. A fellow brother in Birmingham that does RUclips as well.
We have white plastic pipes in our new build home, is it a similar procedure to the copper pipes ? Any help appreciated
Cheers for that
I'm about tot take the radiator in my hall off the wall, to decorate. I turned the valves off on either side. Then undid the nuts and drained it. When I topped up the boiler afterwards water came out the pipes on either side of the radiator. Why?
Maybe the screws wasnt tightened enough or could be pressure build up....too much air inside the radiators...just a guess...this guy is a handy man...he dont usually answer peoples questions ive noticed.
did you sort it ?
can you drain this from any radiator value that has this drain valve? Also would that drain the whole system or that particular radiator only?
You can drain out a single rad
Without drainage the system, check on YT
@@ZRKREVIEWS what did you do in your video? Single rad or the whole system?
Cheers for this mate im a decorator got a house with new vertical rads up the walls that weren't there when i done the quote, these rads are a pain in my ass theres gaps in them between the bars and you can see the white wall behind( there having navy walls) i cant fit a brush completely in there and the brush wont quite fit in the gaps in the bars, you will definitely see white patches behind those where my brush cant reach so ive said im gunna have call a plumber to take these off hes agreed but im gunna give this a go myself and slap him 200 quid on for the plumber 🥴😂🤣
There is another way, if you unloose the 2 bolts and slowly lower down the rad, there is a video on that on RUclips would be easier for you. In my case i have to cap it off. But just for painting i would take a shot off loosening the bolts and bringing it down.
If you have more radiators, and you remove this one and close the pipes. Will the other radiators still get warm? Are the not linked sequentially? Thanks!
Yes if you cap off this rad others will get warm as others are not capped off or turned off
@@ZRKREVIEWS okay thanks!
I need todo the same but make the pipes go underneath the floorboards then cut out the wall behind the radiator.
Go for it, if i can do it so can you
i cant even find how to turn the water off in the house lol
Wouldn't this cause Legionella?
can they be cut lower......
Yes
