Of course everyone is saying "L game/mid update/L devs". They released a half-a**ed product that was Update 1, and failed to meet deadlines they themselves set. Any competent dev knows that you DO NOT give release dates for sh*t that you haven't fully tested or are not in the finishing stages of development (AKA QA TESTING). That and they forgot to shut down servers during the level cap increase so some people are running around with all stats maxed out + 1k extra skill points.
