Thank you for a nice and honest review. Most reviews of the MG ZS EV are focussing too much on the difference between the ZS EV and, for example, a Tesla. This however is not fair in my eyes. The ZS EV Is a great, no nonsens EV for a low price (well, in The Netherlands it was when we ordered it, now they increased the import taxes by over 30 %) Still, it's way cheaper then the Tesla. We find the ZS EV a great car for driving around the city and the occasional road trip. Plenty of charging stations in The Netherlands as well.
@@jasonli5514 We've had the car since September 2024 (it's a 2024 model) No major issues yet. It's not a race monster, it's a car perfectly suited for The Netherlands. Short distances, lots of charging stations. If I had to name one thing that could be better it would be the length of the seats and it would be nice to be able to adjust the steering wheel axial. I manage about 375 kilometers (7 degrees outside, heather on 20 Celsius, radio on)
Thanks, a very good, honest, comprehensive review. Just a note that in June 2024 the extended range MG ZS EV is selling for a RRP of $46,990 so some might say, quite the bargain.
@basincut100 Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed my video. Prices of EV's are changing constantly at the minute, so I can only quote the current price at the time of filming. They are getting much better value nowadays, so I think we might start to see a few more on the road.
@@WebbyOnCars I won’t lie, MG will probably not be able to survive in Europe forever without a presence in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia, albeit pretty small markets.
In India we do not get long range version. Today I tried demo MG ZS EV Essence and I noticed the following drawbacks apart from the once you highlighted: 1. A very poor quality rear view and 360 degree camera. It is completely pixelated…. 2. No ventilated front seats Can you please show how it is in Australia?

I am very hopeful that MG will launch to Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia by 2025.
@DaveDVideoMaker I wouldn't be surprised if they do.
