    Peanuts - 1/2 cup

    Dry chillies - 4
    Big tomato - 1
    Cumin seeds - 1/4 spn

    For Tempering :-
    Mustard seeds - 1spn
    Dry chillies
    Curry leaves

    Chopped ginger - 1/2 cup
    Tamarind - 1/2 cup(water 1 &1/2 cup)
    Jaggery - 1cup( water 1/2 cup)
    Ground nut oil
    Coriander seeds - 2 spn
    Cumin seeds - 1spn
    Red chilli powder - 1/2 cup
    Salt - 1/2 cup
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 spn
    For Tempering :-
    Ground nut oil - 3/4 cup
    Cumin seeds - 1spn
    Mustard seeds - 1spn
    Dry chillies - 6
    Curry leaves
    Hing - 1/4 spn
