That's a good way to do it to. If I have too many withdrawal symptoms on the third week I may try a cup of half caffeine and do that for a week. If I wasnt driving every day I would probably just grin and bear it and do it faster, but I have to be careful about energy levels when I'm on the road. I miss you and Buz, can't wait to see you again.
Lmao! 🤣 You know i didn't mention this as a benefit to switching to carnivore, but even with the amount of coffee I drink I don't have to pee as often as I used to. Of course I was also diabetic at the time so that was probably part of it. But yeah I just don't have to pee that often. And yeah, I highly reccomend you guys do some road trips around our beautiful country.
