Hi, why for me when I am importing the same theme "architect" I have the home page missing many elements, like the buttons, blog page, portfolio !! is there something wrong with this theme? also it takes very long time in importing XML Data
Hi! Thanks for building with OceanWP! The Architect template is a freemium template and some parts of it have been done using premium plugins from the OceanWP Pro Bundle, like the Portfolio or Blog Carousel. Unless you have a license, those parts will simply not function. However, you can use the next best thing to replicate any functionality. On the other hand, if you do have a license, just make sure the correct plugins used for this template have been installed on your website.
Also, the template import usually takes under 5 minutes (depending on the size and the number of assets to be imported). If it takes any longer than that, interrupt the process and start over. Sometimes your server can get stuck or experience temporary issues (the same can happen on our end too). But, again, if it takes longer than 5 min tops, just interrupt the process and start over

We also have a custom support option (paid) which is unrelated to having a premium license so everyone can choose this plan if they prefer that type of support, and for everything else there is the WordPress forum: wordpress.org/support/theme/oceanwp/ When you see what kind of questions and information we ask / need, you will understand why YT is not suitable for this type of support. Also, kindly note that WordPress forum has its own rules of conduct which apply to everyone (including us), so some questions may be off topic / not allowed per general guidelines (like questions about premium products / services, etc)
