我叫张国华，在这里我会分享我朝向 Olympia 的脚步，分享我个人健身的方式，饮食、烹饪🍳、supplements 以及等等。
我是一名奥林匹克 IFBB Pro 男子健体运动员。 我从 20 年前开始训练，从 2013 年开始参加职业比赛。我参加过全球 20 多项健美比赛，从美国到日本、波兰、意大利、波多黎各、中国、韩国、越南、菲律宾、印度尼西亚、 新加坡、泰国、香港和马来西亚。
我健美生涯中的一些亮点包括赢得：
- 前六名 Arnold Classic Ohia (2022 年)
- 男子健體職業冠軍, IFBB 職業聯賽, 義大利 (2021 年)
- 男子健體職業賽亞軍, IFBB 職業聯賽, 波蘭 (2021 年)

I'm an Olympian IFBB Pro Men's Physique athlete. I started training 20 years ago and began competing at a professional level since 2013. I've competed in over 20 bodybuilding competitions worldwide from the U.S.A. to Japan, Poland, Italy, Puerto Rico, China, South Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Some of the highlights in my bodybuilding career include winning the:
- Top 6 in Arnold Classic Ohia (2022)
- Champion, IFBB Pro League Italy (2021)
- 1st Runner-up, IFBB Pro League Poland (2021)
- 1st Runner-up, IFBB Pro League Japan (2018)
- 7x World Physique Champion, Muslemania Universe & Musclemania America (2014 - 2017)

I just did my bypass surgery and you will never understand the importance of health until the illness strike you. Then you will realize money is just a tool to make you work and it is not importance anymore when illness strike you. i really hope 40 years ago there are you tube channel so i can join the gym to have a prefect health that money can't buy. It doesn't matter what people think of you, except it really does matter to an extent when it comes to family support and blessing. My mom passed away in July due to health issues, and that set me on my journey to better my own health, and thus discovering both your channels. Really happy for the both of you to have each others back in terms of career and goals, and know that love conquers all obstacles! 加油!

Parents are not always right. Sometimes you have to go "against" your parents to live your life authentically. Parents are people with flaws too. If what you're doing is right then it's their loss if they don't "get it" . We can't live our lives according to our parents. We live for ourselves. Terrence seems like a great guy, you seem happy. Don't let anyone get in the way and that includes parents. If they can't be happy for you then......their loss not yours. I would pay them no mind in this aspect of my life. My life ! My happiness !
