Thanks for your review! I went a head and purchased my own at a local kohl’s on sale for about $16.00. I tried it out this weekend and we made about 6 waffles in under 10 min. I highly recommend it to everyone who is in the market for an inexpensive unit.
Hi, the trick to getting a solid waffle is to use a knife or spatula to spread it before closing. I have this same waffle maker and finally figured this out.🤗🥰
I have this identical model waffle maker only a different brand name. The instructions say specifically NOT to use cooking sprays because “they can build up on the plates and affect the non-stick performance.” It could void the warranty.
That's weird. I went back and re-read ours, they specifically say TO USE these sprays. Weird. Our last waffle iron lasted 5 years and we used it every time. Thanks for watching!
I love my Bella! I use buttermilk and malted milk for my waffles, they are the best. Find recipes on RUclips you'll be glad you did. They are thick so don't turn up heat too high or they won't be done inside. Mine take five minutes. Perfect for me.
Mine is like new and I can't seem to turn the handle to rotate. The top handle doesn't push the pin down properly on the bottom handle to allow it to rotate. How do I fix this without forcing it and breaking it?
Unscrew it from the bottom where the yellow label is its 2 screws place the bottom side into the pins make sure the part is in the grooves the pins snaps in and screw it back together
Try the Belgium waffle home made dough, it would do really in there. Pancake batter is just not the same. Wanted to see this product in-person, shame we can't look at things before we buy. How do you clean it and what size waffle did you get? Eight inch, six inch?
Man this is the exact one I have and it doesn’t work worth a shit anymore. The inside of waffle doesn’t cook right so it splits when I open up the maker when it’s done cooking.
@@marjoriie077 I no longer use it LOL. I just buy regular waffles from store if I want waffles. All these waffle makers are trash because they don't heat where they need to in order to get the entire waffle cooked. End up eating half waffle half waffle batter.
I have this same waffle maker, everytime I make a waffle the outside brown's fine, but the inside of the waffle is still spongy. Idk what I'm doing wrong?? For batter, I use 2 cups aunt jemima complete buttermilk pancake mix, 1.5 cups water, 1/3 cups vegetable oil. I stir it, so most clumps are out, spray cooking spray, cook it up to 5/6 min, inside never cooks regardless of time cooked 😭 idk if I should switch batter, is it to soupy, use less water, etc. I use enough batter to fill the waffle maker, without spilling out (abt 3/4 cup).
Do you adjust the heat after it warms up. I bought one. Did exactly as you depicted and I don't get the results. That's why I went looking for instructional videos.
Hi Jim, I actually used the waffle maker this morning for my girls. This model doesn't have a temperature adjustment mechanism. It just heats up to an internally designated temp...cooking times are what determine how well cooked your waffle will be. Open the iron up, look at the waffle, if it's done to your liking...eat it...if it needs more cooking time...let it cook. Pretty simple maker. Hope this helps a bit and thanks for watching. DANDLINC.
All that polystyrene is a problem. These are only $17 in Australia at Kmart. Appears exactly the same except the Kmart one does have a temperature dial.
I realize this video is 3 years old. Most of the videos demonstrating are old. And each and every one of them does exactly what the pamphlet specifically says not to do." Do not use cooking spray", and it explains why. So if people are going to demonstrate something to people who have maybe never used it for the first time or to at least read all the instructions first and follow them..
Good point Carol, we've used this for years now to great success (with cooking spray). So I'd recommend....apparently no effect on the unit's longevity and certainly the waffle's taste wonderfully still. I appreciate you taking the time to comment. DANDLINC.
I've used cooking spray with it forever. The directions also mention to use cooking spray. That being said, we only use this every few weeks so it doesn't really get a lot of wear.

@@DANDLINC that's if you never wipe the grease off it.
Reading the factory directions on mine, they specifically recommend NOT using non-stick spray, as it can gum up the heating surfaces.
Gracias, por tu video, oye una pregunta ahorita que ya haz usado un poco más de tiempo, recomiendas esa marca o me recomendarías otra???
Thanks for the video! I just got the same waffle maker as a gift
Me too ! But a Christmas gift ! 🖤

Mine fell apartin in about 1.5 years of heavy kitchen rotation. Going to buy a better one now. The Bella is made for light use.
I have the same thing and it says not to use spray specifically.
Also it’s not automatic.

Mine is stuck too! Like WTH?!

Too much water. And use milk instead
why oil in waffles?
@@yendaaaa i don't even recall writing this comment lol, but oil was on the directions. My problem was too much water
I have a Bella four slice waffle maker. Works great!!!
Mine took 15 minutes to make one waffle. What did Ii do wrong?
I'm guessing that the Vonshef rotating Waffle maker is pretty much the same as this brand?
Thank you for the description:)
Waffle is just easy to make, yummy and childrens favorite

Thanks!
DANDLINC U’re very welcome Sir
can you use just pancake mix?
Of course but make it a bit thicker.
Thanks
I can't find this one anywhere, I wonder if it discontinued?
Hobby Lobby sells this brand!
Find it in Amazon
@@analauraramirezramirez8712 it's not on Amazon
I got mine at Kohl's.
would this taste like pancake
It does a little bit but the texture (or feel) is much different. It's good!
Price in July 2022: $20
Quero comprar uma máquina waffles moderna, para Brasil! Ok
Good 1!🧇
You should never use cooking spray. It gunks up the griddle.

can she get some waffle with that butter?... jesus...
Similar like this but this is peruvian @beQ8
