- A 6 day, wilderness paddle around the Bark Lake Loop. Northern Ontario, Lac Aux Sables, Little Trout Lake, Big Trout Lake, Long Lake, Bark Lake, Star Lake, Potpourri Lake, and more. We walk down rivers, and marshes, catch fish and hang out with some good friends of ours. Disconnecting from the devices, and tuning in to the real world around us.
Looked like an awesome trip. I love the idea of just disconnecting from devices and just spending time outdoors with the family and nature. Love the fishing shots!

I loved watching this beautiful ride along the river in its boats and looking at all the scenery and the children having fun and eating sweets and those good-sized fish and the yellow color of the orizo is very pretty.

It was a sweet treasure! Yep, snot rocket is just N. Ont. slang for a pike...they are long slimy and green much like a real snot rocket (blowing your nose with pressure so the snot flies out) Ha! Fun times!
