I did see the movie version on the right side thumbnails videos. It 3hrs 24mins and 23seconds long. It is also typed words on thumbnail 'Full Versions/I got hit by a car and woke up inside a comic.....' Or just look it up by title in the main YT heading.
I just typed it in the top main YT heading. The first two choices are there. The 3 hours and 24 minute versions. Tencent video is the Channel that uploaded it first.
