This is a cute idea for an Easter basket! I love how you always make sure the kids get those snacks down in there too. The little baskets I got as a kid were nothing like what you put together! I know the kids are excited and happy to receive your baskets.
I can’t imagine kids not getting a basket full of stuff as 1 of 6 & my mother did all the baskets for the local 5 & dime store, my grandfathers corner store that stands today, all the signs for the grocery stores for the fruits, veggies, sales, all on the dining room table with us kids helping. My mother used bushel baskets for our candy & as I still do, we do a mini Christmas and got toys instead of a lot of candy & full size bags of our favorite candy, not 1 of it. This lady does a nice job and keeps the cost down by the .50cent bags of chips, & candies in them. My mother always made sure they were fully covered in cellophane & then her business later always used shrink wrap & that was my job for many years, a flower shop that specializes in gift baskets. Her only issue is that she doesn’t actually use Easter candy and for older children those peeps, even if they don’t eat them and only explode them, they want them & that big real Chocolate bunny.

Some of that tape, the construction tape from the post office will pull off the front of those books and be a headache for the Mommy. I wish I could share my last 2 baskets I did this weekend, put $62 - $64 in them and got $180 each, but the value is the cost of the basket & sold them both within an hour. You never pass on the sales, clearance, as that is where you do make your money, even if you lose some here or there. You also need to add your time & the cellophane - if you use it.
